I am investigating the business dealings of (Joseph) David Sturm formerly a Director of Brighter Future UK Limited (In Liquidation)
This company left large debts to unsecured creditors and Mr Sturm has now opened a phoenix business named Surrey Hi-Tech Electrics Limited using partly (at least) the assets and staff of Brighter Future without paying any consideration to the Liquidator.
I am interested to find out any business dealings that were conducted with this man as there is a court action to be commenced against him in respect of his trading and activities.
This may lead to recovering monies from Mr Sturm personally.Any information is welcome to alanhardy3@gmail.com
